At Clay Hearts Counseling, PLLC, we provide professional counseling services from a biblical worldview. Our approach integrates psychological principles with faith-based perspectives to offer holistic support and healing to individuals and families. We believe in creating a safe and compassionate space for our clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, and to work towards positive growth and well-being.

Individual Therapy Sessions (Coming 2026)
Our individual therapy sessions are tailored to address personal challenges, promote self-awareness, and foster emotional resilience. We utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support our clients in their journey towards mental and emotional well-being.
Play Therapy
Play Therapy at Clay Hearts Counseling, PLLC focuses on strengthening family bonds, improving communication, and resolving conflicts. Our goal is to create a harmonious and supportive environment where the child feels heard, valued, and understood.
Couples Therapy (Coming in 2026)
Our couples therapy sessions aim to enhance relationship dynamics, address challenges, and build a foundation of trust and understanding. We work with couples to navigate conflicts, strengthen emotional connections, and cultivate a resilient and fulfilling partnership.

Team Members
Sarah Williams, MSW, LCSW
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced foster care, adoption, or other forms of developmental trauma. My approach is client-centered and rooted in trauma-informed and attachment-focused principles. I want to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their stories, build secure connections, and move toward healing. I honor each person's unique strengths and work collaboratively to support resilience, identity development, and emotional well-being.
Education and Experience
I received my BSW and MSW from the University of West Florida. I became fully licensed in 2024 after several years of providing counseling services to children and adults. I have experience working with clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I am a TAC graduate from the Center for Adoption, Support, and Education. I have training in EMDR, TBRI, ACT, CBT, and other trauma-informed approaches.
